Civil Court Calendar

When your case is set for trial, you should come to the trial prepared to prove your side of the case, and bring with you any books, papers, receipts, pictures, witnesses, etc. you might need. If you fail to appear for your trial and you have not arranged a continuance, you could lose your case if you are the Plaintiff, or have judgement entered against you if you are the Defendant.

To promote settlement, the parties are encouraged to make voluntary exchanges of information. Also, the parties may request a conference with the Court to simplify the issues or shorten the hearing. THE PARTIES AND/OR THEIR ATTORNEYS MAY NOT MEET WITH THE COURT INDIVIDUALLY. ALL CONFERENCES WILL BE ATTENDED BY ALL PARTIES AND/OR THEIR ATTORNEYS.
